I remember Michelle first calling me regarding her wedding, she had heard of me through some friends of hers which I had done some family photos for. After a minute or two of chatting away we both knew who each other were, we had met before plenty of times. Michelle gushed about her fiance' and all the planning she had been putting into her wedding.

On Saturday February 22nd, Rob & Michelle were married by Trish Johnson on their property in Crescent Head. We were prepared for a rainy day and I think we made the most of what clear skies we could. Trish prepped Rob and his groomsmen in regards to the ceremony and not long after Michelle and her bridal party arrived in their cars. Rob was told to turn around and wait for his bride to walk down the aisle. Surrounded by her family and friends, Michelle was walked down the aisle by her son, Ethan. Rob had turned around by this point and was beginning to tear up as he watched his beautiful bride make her way towards him.

Trish led a memorable ceremony which included a reading from a friend of Rob & Michelles, Danielle.

I shared the side of the pond with some geese while i watched and photographed what was a beautiful ceremony. Rob & Michelle were pronounced husband and wife - time for the confetti! It had just started to rain so everyone was eager to get onto the verandahs that surrounded the home.

Rob & Michelle gathered back under their gazebo over the water for some family photos before we headed off to Little Bay in South West Rocks for some bridal photos. The air was cold and we were covered in mosquitos, thankfully a local surfer lended us some bug spray!

We completed a quick round of bridal images for Rob & Michelle to remember their special day before we left for The Rockpool in South West Rocks for the reception.
